These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you" or "your") and RS789 (hereinafter "RS789", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://rs789.cam.

Access to and use of RS789 is not intended for users in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful or where the Platform does not hold the applicable licence. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. RS789 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
You must not register an account on RS789 if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with RS789 or any other gambling operator, or if you have been identified as a problem gambler by any recognised support or treatment programme.
Each individual natural person is permitted to register and maintain only one active Account on the RS789 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You are required to provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times. RS789 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. RS789 staff will never request your password by any communication channel. You must notify RS789 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. RS789 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
RS789 conducts identity verification in compliance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address and, in certain circumstances, proof of payment method. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals or continued use of the platform.
RS789 supports various payment methods, which may include digital wallets, bank transfers and other options as published on the Platform from time to time. References to familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for informational context only. RS789 does not represent that all such methods are currently integrated or that these providers endorse RS789 or its services. Always verify available deposit methods within your Account dashboard.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by RS789 and may vary by payment method. Current minimum amounts are published within the Cashier section of the Platform. RS789 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Where supported, account balances may be maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player. RS789 does not guarantee fixed exchange rates.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned, subject to applicable fees. RS789 reserves the right to request verification of any payment method before crediting funds to your account.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed the applicable KYC verification process and whose account is in good standing. RS789 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Withdrawal processing timelines vary depending on the selected method, compliance review requirements and the Player's verification status. RS789 does not guarantee instant processing for any withdrawal method. Current estimated processing timelines are published within the platform's Help Center.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be adjusted based on a Player's account tier, verification status and applicable regulations.
In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, RS789 may require that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. RS789 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests, including requests for additional supporting documentation.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by RS789 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms. RS789 does not guarantee that any specific wagering requirement will be achievable within a given time frame.
RS789 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through low-risk or hedged betting strategies, using multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, providing false information to meet promotional eligibility criteria, and coordinating with other players to claim the same promotion collectively. RS789 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is suspected.
Welcome bonuses are available only to new Players registering their first account on RS789. Welcome offers — including any illustrated amounts such as bonuses of up to PKR 10,000 — are subject to full eligibility conditions as published at the time of registration. RS789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire welcome offers at any time.
RS789 operates a multi-tier VIP loyalty programme. Tier progression, applicable turnover thresholds and associated benefits are governed by the VIP Programme Terms published on the Platform. Tier placement decisions are made at RS789's sole discretion. No guarantee of tier matching with any third-party platform is offered.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the RS789 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:
All intellectual property on the RS789 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software code, interface design, data compilations and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of RS789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the RS789 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any RS789 intellectual property without the express prior written consent of RS789.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RS789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure.
RS789 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. RS789 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
RS789 expressly disclaims any liability for gambling losses incurred by Players. You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you accept full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made on the platform.
RS789 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a Player has violated these Terms; fraudulent activity has occurred; a compliance obligation requires it; or a Player's account presents an unacceptable risk under RS789's AML/KYC policies.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting RS789 Support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via an eligible payment method, subject to applicable verification and AML requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-related winnings are not returned upon voluntary closure.
Following account closure, you lose access to the RS789 platform and all associated services. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, prohibited conduct obligations and limitation of liability — shall remain in effect.
RS789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from account settings and do not require contacting support to activate.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC and platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance and, where applicable, personalised communications. RS789 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RS789 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, your account or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
RS789 does not operate under a licence issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing the platform under Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and RS789 strongly recommends that Pakistani users seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about their legal position.
RS789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, RS789 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform's notification system, registered email address or a prominent notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request voluntary account closure.
